fonts: serve woff2 instead of ttf

- Serves a compressed version of the Lilex fonts, to improve the page
  loading and lower it's weight. The compression was done with the help
  of https://github.com/google/woff2 as found on
  https://stackoverflow.com/a/73105293.
- Fixes #39.
