plugins: update the treesitter configuration 
- Updates the treesitter configruation according to the API
  documentation.
- Adds XML to the treesitter configuration.
- Updates the mkdnflow configuration according to the documentation.
- Forces the filetype of *.md files before mkdnflow is loaded.
