Dough Calc is a tiny utility to calculate the proportions of flour, water,
sourdough and salt for your dough, depending on the main flour quantity, the
main proportion of water you're aiming for, and the proportion of water of your
sourdough.

## Development

To start a dev environment:

```bash
git clone https://git.milhit.ch/igor/dough-calc.git
cd dough-calc
uv sync
cd web
npm install
```

## Tests

To run the tests:

```bash
uv run pytest
```

## Linting

To run linting checks:

```bash
uv run ruff check --fix
```
