html, doc: add references for dictionnaries 
- Adds the HTML used to display the dictionnaries references, with
  metadata exposed to Zotero.
- Documents how to add:
  - HTML bloc.
  - Bibliographic reference in an UL and how to undo list style.
  - Bibliographic metadata exposed to Zotero.

html: improves ressources transversales markup 
- Prettify the existing HTML.
- Start a structure proposition.
- Adds documentation about heading in the README.

html: create dynamed documentation files 
- Creates the HTML files for the Dynamed documentation. The page should
  be linked from the "ressources transversales" page.
- Creates a minimal README file to start the project
